Thrive Future Global
Our Mission: Empowering 100,000+ Talents across Africa and Asia!
Thrive Future Global is a social enterprise connecting high-potential African professionals to employment and business opportunities across Asia through structured, supported, and purposeful programmes.
A platform where Africa-Asia emerging professionals don't just find jobs; they build careers, launch ventures, and create opportunities for others.
The Synergy of Our Impact
How we drive sustainable change through our infrastructure layer.

Workforce Pipeline Engineering (SDG 8)
We design bespoke talent pipelines for institutional employer partners.
Our model integrates pre-vetted, development-calibrated talent pools with structured screening to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
The “1 Million Bag” Initiative (SDG 4)
We are committed to making quality education and skill development accessible to underprivileged communities across Africa and Asia.
By providing the tools for readiness, we lay the foundation for long-term talent development.

Talent Readiness & Refinement
We do not just connect talent to opportunity; we prepare them.
Our platform provides consistent access to skills development and industry exposure, ensuring professionals are ready to compete in global markets.
Curated Deal Rooms & Roundtables
We facilitate high-level one-to-one hiring engagements through private employer roundtables.
This de-risks cross-border talent acquisition, allowing established firms to access qualified professionals efficiently.
We Don't Just Build Careers. We Build Global Futures.

FOUNDER & CONVENER
Some people talk about the gap.
Laye builds the bridge.
Julius B. Peretomode, known as The Global Laye, builds ecosystems that convert diaspora potential into structured global opportunity. He is an ecosystem builder and workforce infrastructure architect, strengthening Africa–Asia talent mobility.
After arriving in India as an international student, he identified a structural gap: highly capable Afro-Asian graduates completing degrees without coordinated employer pipelines, industry validation, or cross-border access systems.
Thrive Future Global was established to address that disconnect at scale.
Today, the platform connects talent across borders and supports workforce infrastructure, bringing together training partners, diaspora networks, and employers to provide structured interview pathways and measurable employment outcomes.
His work is anchored in one principle: Talent must be supported by systems.
